#TeamCGR is the community and charity wing of Colin Graham Residential, as giving back to the community is one of our core values.

Since our establishment in 2016, we created a lifetime partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support NI, contributing a portion from every property sale to the present day.

In 2018, we extended our support to Northern Ireland Children's Hospice, ensuring that they also receive a contribution from each of our property sales.

We are proud to be involved with these two charities, humbled by the work that they do and delighted to be able to help in our small way.

Thank You NHS

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, Colin Graham Residential launched the 'Thank You NHS' campaign in April 2020. This initiative involved waiving sales commissions for all NHS staff who listed their homes from 5th April 2020, as a heartfelt token of appreciation for their bravery and heroic work during unprecedented times.

The campaign, which ended in December 2020, was a great success, saving NHS staff in excess of £50,000 in sales commissions!
