As a responsible business, we are keen to take measures to protect our staff, clients and others, while remaining open for business. We remain open for business during normal office hours and are keeping in touch with and ensuring we are adhering to government guidelines at all times.

 

In order to minimise the risk of spreading infection, we are asking that contact is made with our office where possible by phone or email as opposed to in person. Please be assured that your enquiry will be dealt with as quickly as possible. 

 

We are endeavouring to find alternative ways of working in these challenging times and are now happy to facilitate viewings via video call if that assists you. 

  

We are continuing to provide our valuation service and are also available online or by phone to discuss the proposed sale of your house or the purchase of any property that we have been instructed to market for sale. 

 

Please note that, if you request a valuation or want to arrange a viewing, we will have to ask some questions to identify whether or not you fall into a category that the government has advised should be isolating themselves. Please understand that we need to ask these questions to protect the health and safety of our staff.
