Colin Graham Residential Celebrates 10 Years in Newtownabbey and Launches a New Website

Ten years ago, Colin Graham Residential opened its doors with a clear ambition: to help people move home with knowledgeable local advice and a service they could trust.

As we celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2026, we’re proud to look back on a decade of serving Newtownabbey, Belfast and communities across Northern Ireland. We’re also delighted to launch our new website, marking the next chapter for CGR and giving customers a fresh way to explore properties, discover local areas and plan their next move.

Ten years of local knowledge, from Newtownabbey to Northern Ireland

Founded in 2016 and based on the Antrim Road in Newtownabbey, we’ve grown alongside the communities we serve. Our work takes us across Greater Belfast, Ballyclare, Antrim, Carrickfergus, Ballymena, Larne and the North Coast, while keeping us closely connected to our Newtownabbey roots.
